The impact of information and communication technologies on the moral foundations of the contemporary globalization

This article examines the role of information and communication technologies, on the basis of which the modern global world order is formed. The modern information technologies create conditions for division the world into subjects and objects of globalization. This situation allows to design particular social relations both within a country and at the level of international relations.
