The article aims to review the cooking recipes of the Russian Germans, using the method of statistical analysis (based on the book by V.V. Schmidt) and discover to what extent national cooking traditions have survived. As a result, we found that despite the influence of the foreign-language environment, cooking traditions are still preserved nowadays.
