Effect of changes in the world economy on the economic performance of the Ural region

The article discusses issues related to the influence of changes in the world economy on the social and economic indicators of regional economic entities of Russia (on the example of the Ural region). The authors propose a methodological approach to assessing the impact of changes in the world economy on regional processes. A distinctive feature of the approach is the consideration of the regional economy response lags to the changes in the external environment.
