The influence of extragenital pathology in female rats on the hematological parameters of the offspring in the dynamics of early postnatal ontogenesis was studied. Chronic toxic heliotrine hepatitis was used as a model of extragenital pathology; correction of hepatropic disorders was carried out by administering hepatropic drugs (esseciale and carsil) to experimental females starting from the 5th day of pregnancy. It was established that the offspring of females rat’s with chronic heliotrine hepatitis developed progressive anemia before the offspring switched to mixed feeding; in the group of animals with correction of toxic hepatitis, the introduction of hepatoprotectors contributed to an increase in red blood cells, a relative decrease in the phenomena of leukopenia, i.e. promotes the relative progression of hematopoietic processes.
