Effect of exogenous nitric oxide donor of khlofuzan for the ionouretic renal function

Studied ionouretic function kidney of white rats with non-linear increasing nitric oxide production donor exogenous - khlofuzan. Revealed a sex specificity of the physiological effects hlofuzan on the ionouretic renal function. Increasing the concentration of nitrate and nitrite anions in the blood is accompanied by increased urine volume and decreased urinary sodium, chloride and phosphorus in the urine.
