The features of the activity level of prooxidant and antioxidant enzyme levels in rats after administration of exogenous glucocorticoid. In the study, depending on the duration of hexenal sleep, animals were divided into fast and slow metabolizers. In the studied samples of the main parameters of prooxidant and antioxidant activity of enzymes associated lymphoid tissue sensitivity to exogenous glucocorticoids are examined. It has been shown, that the introduction of exogenous glucocorticoid led to reduced activity of glutathione levels in fast metabolizers that reflects the ability of glucocorticoids to carry negative regulation of biotransformation of xenobiotics. There is an imbalance between pro-oxidant and antioxidant systems slow metabolizers after the introduction triamtsinalone acetonide.
