In the presented work changes in the red blood system of chickens are studied as a result of application of the chemotherapeutic preparation of Enrofloxacin in conditions of experimental salmonellosis. In the course of research carried out experimental infestation of chickens cultures Salmonella typhimurium and Salmonella enteritidis. The chicks of one of the infected groups in each experiment received Enrofloxacin in a dose of 200 mg/l with water 24 hours before and four days after infection. As a result of the conducted studies, reliable changes were revealed in the group receiving Enrofloxacin during the experimental infection with S. typhimurium culture, which had a more significant impact on red blood parameters than S. enteritidis.
