The clathrate complex 3- (2-phenylethyl) -2-thioxo-1,3 thiazolidin-4-one was first obtained by the solid-phase synthesis method on a planetary ball mill and has a crystalline form in the form of nanoparticles with an average particle size of 40.5 nm. The effect of the developed clathrate complex at doses of 10 and 20 mg / kg body weight on the antioxidant status and body resistance of the Soviet Chinchilla rabbits was studied. It was found that the introduction of rabbits clathrate complex of a derivative of rhodanine with betadex provides an increase in the enzymatic link of the antioxidant system, the resistance of the rabbit organism, while it does not affect the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the blood plasma, or lipid peroxidation.
