The impact of computer video games on the student's productive activity development

The paper deals with the influence of computer games on the productive activity of the Russian student. The authors interviewed 45 students. 23 students were the members of the experimental group (EG), and 22 people were in the control group (CG). The members of the experimental group played computer games during six months. After that, 45 students had to make a video clip. 5 experts analyzed the impact of computer games on productive activities during the creation of a video clip. The interview results showed how computer games improved the quality indicators of the student's productive activity, including novelty and creativity. The authors conclude that computer video games can be used as tools for developing the qualitative indicators of the student's productive activity.
