Influence of complex hepatoprotector drug on veterinary and sanitary quality of slaughtered products of rabbits with toxic hepatitis

In this series of experiments, the study of the effect of drugs on the veterinary and sanitary assessment of rabbit meat with toxic liver damage was carried out. The conducted studies show that the use of a drug with a hepatoprotective property as part of the diet has a positive therapeutic effect on the body of experimental animals with toxic liver damage, which has a positive effect on meat freshness indicators. The data obtained showed that the introduction of a complex hepatoprotective drug into the diet of rabbits did not have a negative effect on the veterinary and sanitary indicators of the experimental animal’s meat. As a result of the organoleptic, bacterioscopic and biochemical studies, it was found that the use of a complex drug has a positive effect on the quality of meat.
