This article presents the results of a study of the effect of a complex feed additive on the microbiological parameters of duck meat. It was found that the meat of ducks of experimental groups that received a complex feed additive in the diet does not differ from those of control groups, meets the requirements of regulatory documentation, pathogenic microflora has not been identified and is recommended for sale on a general basis.
