According to WHO, cerebrovascular diseases are the leading ones in the morbidity structure. Mortality from vascular accidents and disability of the population remain high. The earliest complication that negatively affect the quality of life is cognitive impairment. The pathogenesis of ischemic conditions has been studied quite well; episodes of ischemic conditions of the brain inevitably lead to the intensification of pathological processes: hyperproduction of active oxygen forms, glutamate excitotoxicity and inflammatory reactions. A high level of free radical generation is the cause of ischemic damage to cell membranes, conduction tract and activation of neurodestructive programs [9], due to the development of endothelial dysfunction. With atherosclerotic changes in the vessel wall, a high exposure of subendothelial cells occurs in them, which leads to activation of the aggregation properties of blood platelets and triggers the hemostasis system, which results in increased thrombosis [5]. The formed pathobiochemical patterns eventually lead to irreversible structural changes in the brain. In connection with the above, the issue of studying and developing new drugs that affect the rheological properties of blood, inhibiting the processes of activation of lipid peroxidation in the endothelial wall is relevant.
