Влияние конгресса США на развитие американо-китайских отношений

В статье анализируются законодательные инициативы Конгресса США в отношении Китая, раскрывается влияние структурных и процедурных изменений, инициированных Конгрессом, которые привели к ухудшению китайско-американских отношений во время правления администрации Д. Трампа. Содержание отдельных законодательных актов, принимаемых Конгрессом, отражают ключевые проблемы и направление политики Соединенных Штатов на ограничение влияния КНР и постепенный разрыв двухсторонних связей. Выявляются ключевые проблемы двусторонних отношений за последние годы, и дан анализ деятельности главных лиц, структур и процедур, созданных Конгрессом в логике «крестового похода» против Китая. В заключении делается вывод о том, что нынешняя администрация Джо Байдена будет продолжать курс на сдерживание КНР, который веден к обострению напряженности межу США и КНР.
