The aim of the research is to study the dependence of the cerebral hemodynamics features on the evolutionary somatotype. The object of the research was composed of 92 healthy girls at the age of 18. Anthropometric measurements of the body characteristics with the definition of the evolutionary type of constitution, as well as rheoencephalogram and the poll about the health condition of the examined girls were carried out. The differences of rheoencephalogramms according to different constitutional types of the age evolution of the organism were established. Trohanter index (TI) appeared to be the informative criterion. Increasing TI more than on 2.0 standard units increased the intracranial vein tonus which made cerebral outflow of blood more difficult. With the girls having increased TI the constitutional characteristics were accompanied by headaches, giddinessa and reduced mental capacity.
