Formaldehyde contamination influence on immune system in children

Бесплатный доступ

Chemical pollutants (formaldehyde) intake may be the cause of immune disorders which are based on the imbalance of apoptosis markers. It has been found that in children with the increasing of formaldehyde concentrations in biological media, the performance level of activation processes is reduced and physiological values of immune cell death indicators are modified: cell death is inhibited by apoptosis type on the background of cell death activation by necrosis. It is obvious that high formaldehyde content in the biological media promotes the formation of immune system disturbances in the form of programmed cell death dysregulation.
