The impact of cross training to develop endurance within the delivery standards TRP

This article discusses the relevance and goals of cross-country training for the development of endurance. The purpose of cross-country training is not only the general strengthening of the body, but also the improvement of the activity of the circulatory and respiratory organs, the development of qualities necessary in work. The widespread use of running is explained by the fact that running, due to its particularly beneficial effect on the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, serves as an effective means of increasing endurance. The varieties of endurance are listed, as well as the main means and methods of training for its development. An experiment was conducted and the results were presented, conclusions were drawn.
