In modern conditions, the effective activity of any organization requires the constant use of marketing technologies, which in turn increases the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the products, strengthens the competitive position of the products and the whole enterprise. In this regard, the fundamental task in the enterprise management system is the choice of effective marketing tools, the correct arrangement of time parameters, measures for the collection and analysis of information on consumers and the formation of their preferences for goods and services. All this became the basis for choosing our research topic.
