Influence of improving motor activity technique on psychoemotional condition of the second mature age persons

Relevance. The article considers the influence of the method of improving physical activity on psycho-emotional state of persons of mature age. The method of L.A. Kurganskiy - T.A. Nemchin has been used. Based on the theoretical analysis of scientific publications, it was revealed that in order to maintain health it is necessary to support a favorable level of psycho-emotional state for people of all ages. Research aim. The research aim is to identify the effects of recreational motor activity on the psycho-emotional state of adults. Research methods. The following research methods were used: analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, pedagogical experiment, questionnaires, methods of mathematical statistics. Research results. Two groups were formed - experimental group (EG) and control group (CG) of practitioners, 24 people each (12 men and 12 women). In the EG the classes had a complex orientation (a combination of functional training, aqua aerobics, stretching and weight training were used); in the CG the orientation of the classes was selective, at the beginning and at the end of the ex- periment, the questionnaires have been conducted...
