The influence of international law on the development of the national criminal law of the Russian Federation

This work is devoted to the consideration of the influence exerted by international law on the development of the national criminal law of the Russian Federation. The necessity of introducing amendments to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation for more convenient application of these norms in practice, as well as in compliance with international treaties ratified by the Russian Federation and maintaining relations with other states regarding the development of criminal legislation is disclosed and emphasized.
