The influence of international integration processes on the reform of higher education of the Kyrgyz Republic

The article is devoted to the formation of a common educational space of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). Integration processes are considered as one of the priority areas of policy of the CIS state and the SCO in the field of education. The article outlines the main stages and activities of the integration process of the educational systems of the CIS and SCO. At the same time, special attention is paid to the role of integration processes in such international educational projects and programs as TACIS, TEMPUS, Erasmus and others. The role and importance of language as the fundamental foundation of intercultural and interreligious communication of the peoples of the CIS and SCO is noted as the most important integration factors. Attention is also drawn to the problems of introducing a multi-level specialist training system in the CIS and SCO countries, as an adaptive and basic educational program for the common educational space of the CIS and SCO.
