The influence of inter-ethnic communication in the formation of local features folklore traditions

Despite the fact that the northern territory of the Tver region have long been border clashes of different ethnic cultures, folklore tradition Vesyegonsk district has not received a thorough description of the scientific literature. Based on the results of field research expeditions, the author examines a number of issues related to the formation of this cultural tradition. The article analyzes the ethnic ties in almost all spheres of life and Russian Karelia which, in my opinion, are manifested in community economic skills typology estate complex, housing, costume, in magical practices, ways of development of sacred space demonological views. In the author’s view of the calendar and complexes family rites of both ethnic groups exhibiting both similarities and specifics. Special attention is paid to the specifics of local complex song and dance forms of folklore. According to the author as a result of close Russian - Karelian interethnic interaction in Vesyegonsk area formed a single set of original culture and ethnic loans are one of the conditions for the formation of its specificity.
