This article deals with the problems of students in the conditions of competitiveness in the labour market, as the growth of socio-economic, cultural, information of change in society increases the demands on the quality of education competitive personality; Examines the idea of interdisciplinary links in the educational process, which is that the use of intersubject connections is a means of self-education of students not only in College, but throughout life, all branches of modern science are closely linked, and therefore, the discipline cannot be isolated from each other, and should be taught in conjunction to the acquisition of professional experience; the idea of disclosing and enriching the inherent potential of each person, his development and self-education during the whole life; provides a detailed analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature.
