The effect of nanopowder on the mechanical and adhesion properties of epoxy polymers

This paper investigates the influence of nanopowders of ZrO2 and Al2O3 on complex mechanical and tribological properties of epoxy polymers. Revealed that the content nanoporosity contributes to a significant increase in strength when rastaje-NII, compression (in 1,2-1,5 times) and elastic modulus (1.4-1.7) epoxy polyme ditch. It is shown that the dependence of the strain concentration nanopores-cov has an extreme character, and the position and magnitude of peaks depends on the chemical nature of the filler and thermal history.
