Among the many causes of an early disposal of cows from the herd is a profound disruption of the metabolic processes. One of the most common diseases of highly productive cows is ketosis. The goal of this research was to study the etiological factors of subclinical ketosis of cows at "OOO Set Ile" "New Cheshma" and to assess the impact of injecting a drug consisting of succinic acid, and organic phosphorus compounds on the clinical and physiological status and some hematological parameters of blood of the cows suffering from subclinical ketosis. In order to study the treatment and prophylactic effectiveness, the cows suffering from subclinical ketosis were arranged in three groups, 10 cows in each. The first group was injected intramuscularly three times with an interval of five days with the test drug at the rate of 10 ml pro animal, the second - 15 ml pro animal, and the third group served as a control group. It was established that the drug has a stimulating effect on haematopoiesis signaled by an increased hemoglobin and red blood cells measurements in the blood of the cows with subclinical ketosis. By the end of our experiment in the experimental groups the number of erythrocytes was higher than the background values of 15.2 and 22%, respectively, which exceeded the control values by 25.6 and 24.4%. The hemoglobin level in the first experimental group according to the timing of the research was increased by 15.9; and 24.2 and 24.4% in the second 8.2; 17.4 and 23.9%, while in the control during the entire period the increase was only 6.2%.
