Influence of mother’s defeat of liver on functional activity of neutrophilic granulocytes of peripheral blood at posterity (experimental research)

During the work we examined functional features of neutrophils of peripheral blood: ability to adhesion, phagocytosis, lysosomic activity and intensity of oxygen-depending metabolism. Object of study was posterity of rats with chronic experimental liver’s defeat. Decrease of neutrophil’s functional activity and quantity in blood was established.
