Due to the same type of prolonged sedentary work and work «on their feet», most women begin to feel depressed not only physically, but also mentally. Work shackles them, makes their backs hunch, swelling appears on the body, joints begin to ache, and the soul feels oppressed, apathy and self - pity. This situation turns into a vicious circle, making it impossible to restore your strength without additional effort. the article presents a study of the influence of swimming on a group of people dissatisfied with their anthropometric and psychological indicators. The authors present the dynamics of changes in anthropometric and psychological indicators as a result of regular swimming lessons among a group of women from 20 to 30 years old. Upon reaching the end of the month, the women had swelling, their backs stopped hurting and slouching, and their mental health improved.
