In modern realities, the problem of human health has a very important role. Every year, biologists and doctors around the world are developing methods to combat various diseases, introducing preventive measures to combat diseases into medicine, synthesizing medicines. One of the most common diseases are diseases of the respiratory and cardiovascular systems of a person. This article describes in detail the influence of swimming on the most important systems of the human body, characterizes the influence of this sport on the respiratory and cardiovascular systems - one of the most important systems in the human body. The data of the study of the effect of swimming exercises on the vital capacity of the lungs (VEL), heart rate (HR), blood pressure (BP), respiratory rate per minute are presented. An analysis was carried out between the obtained data and, based on them, a conclusion was made about the effect of swimming on human physiological parameters
