The aim of the work is to study the effect of additives based on nanoceolite (deposits of the Ulyanovsk region) and soy okara (waste of soy production) on the content of total protein and its fractions in the blood of turkeys. In the conditions of the Ulyanovsk region, a technological modification of the quarry zeolite of the Yushansky Deposit was carried out by using different degrees of mechanical, thermal and ultrasonic activation. Production tests are organized on the basis of the peasant farm of the Ulyanovsk region on young turkeys of the breed "Hybrid Grade Maker" 40-45-day-old. For the physiological experiment, we formed two groups of analogs (10 turkeys each). Birds of the 1 group (control) were given only the basic diet, and the 2nd group (experience) was added to the feed nano-additive at the rate of 100 g/goal/day. The intake of a complex Supplement in the body of turkeys increases the intensity of protein metabolism, which is expressed by an increase in their blood level of total protein by 6.78 % and its fractions: albumins by 7.38 %, and а -, P -, and y-globulins by 9.29 %, 6,53 % and 3.6 %, respectively.
