The aim of the study was to investigate clinical efficacy of implanting cardiac pacemaker to patients with bradycardia. It is shown that permanent pacemaker implantation to patients with bradycardia improves the clinical course of the disease by reducing the manifestations of coronary and heart failure, improves quality of life, reduces the need for drug therapy.
