Influence of preoperative management on heamodynamics parameters among patients with pheochromo-cytoma and methods of evaluation

Heamodynamics parameters of 30 pheochromocy-tome patients with use of methods of echocardiographies inspections, daily monitoring of arterial pressure and bioimpedance reographia on technology are studied «The Centaur». The comparative analysis of heamodynamics infringements character among pheochromocytome patients at various stages of treatment depending on quality of preoperative preparation is lead. Authentic positive influence is revealed a-adrenoblocks on parameters of blood circulation of patients with pheochromocytome in preoperative periods. Efficiency of application of noniva-sive methods of heamodynamics estimation for specification qualities of preoperative preparation is proved.
