Effect on the viability of chitosan-based bee colonies during the wintering period

These investigations are aimed at creating products based on chitosans to improve the overall immune status of the bee colonies. Preparations of this spectrum will be widely used in beekeeping as an adaptogen to increase nonspecific resistance of bees in the complete ecological safety. In this article the results of the analysis of the positive influence of the chitosan-based preparation on the viability of honey bee colonies during the cold winter time are clearly given. Here the results of the positive influence of this preparation on the strength, the expense of food, on the diarrhoeal spots of bee colonies are presented very well.
