The frequency of skin wounds, a high percentage of bacterial contamination, acceleration of regeneration and healing require an active search for effective methods of local and general exposure in surgical practice, taking into account the morphological features of regeneration in various tissues and stages of the wound process. An experiment was conducted to simulate the wound process; it was found that the intensity of wound healing sharply prevailed in the group receiving the drug-stimulator of regeneration "Sfatro". The percentage of reduction of the wound area when using the drug was 44 % on the 7th day, 39.33 % on the 14th day, 18.3 % on the 21st day, 25 %, 20 % and 14 %, respectively, without using the drug. On day 21, the wound area in untreated rats exceeded the wound area of the group receiving the drug by 3.33 times. The use of regeneration stimulators makes it possible to ensure a sufficient level of tissue healing and to have a stimulating effect on the regeneration of the epidermis, which is manifested by shortening the time of epithelization of the wound defect and accelerating stratification.
