Effect of "Ceraxon" and "Cortexin" in the acute period of ischemic stroke

The clinical efficacy of combined neuroprotection of drugs "Ceraxon" and "Cortexin" in the acute period of ischemic stroke is discussed in the paper. A retrospective analysis of the 127 cases with a primary ischemic stroke was carried out. The degree of motor recovery was assessed according to the modified Rankin and Rivermid scale, the evaluation of the function of the paretic arm was performed using the Frenchcha test. The obtained data testify the effectiveness of combined neuroprotection of cortexin and ceraxon in the acute period of ischemic stroke in comparison with monotherapy.
