Influence probiotic "Avena" on clinical status calves for enteritis

The clinical study of newborn calves, showed that animals sick enteritis in the first days of life, and clinical signs of disease were similar among them (diarrhea, swelling of the visible mucous membranes, anorexia, dehydration, ataxia, etc.). For therapeutic purposes, the calves in addition to the treatment provided for in the farms, received 100 ml of a probiotic before feeding once a day, for 3-5 days. As a result of studies, it was noted that the clinical signs of enteritis in calves treated with the drug "Avena", disappeared on average 3-4 days earlier than in animals used treatment provided at the farm. One of the most demonstrative performances of the positive impact of the probiotic organism calves is to increase average daily gain of animals. By months of age, calves received in addition to the main treatment probiotic achieved body weight 50, 6 ± 1,0 kg, which is 1.1 times more than body weight in animals treated with conventional treatment. By two months of age calves treated with the drug "Avena", weighed 1,2 times more than the animals who used the treatment provided at the farm.
