The impact of globalization on the development of law

When studying the problems of the impact of globalization on law, the author highlights the most characteristic features of this direction. In the process of globalization, the very essence of law begins to change and the law becomes a global property. In the article, the author forms trends in law changes at all levels of legal matter (global, regional, domestic - national), as well as considers proposals for the creation of a single global judicial body, the "global community of courts", which is designed to resolve disputes on a global scale.
