On the psychological factors' Influence on cadets of educational institutions of the Russian MIA successful service

The article deals with the problem of investigating psychological factors of successful service performed by cadets of educational institutions of the Russian MIA. The authors provide the results of factor analysis of data obtained during the psychodiagnostic examination of successful cadets. There is a description of a psychological profile of a successful cadet. The research results can be used in estimating cadets' personal and business qualities, in conducting the scheduled (unannounced) assessment, promoting the personnel resources, forming psychological profile of cadets listed in a high risk psychological pedagogical group etc.
