Solution influence of hydroxyetyl starch of different concentration on homeostasis in patients in perioperation period

The present study describes the dynamics of homeostatic using hydroxyethyl starch (HES) 200/0,5 in different concentrations. In the study colloid-osmotic pressure of blood plasma (COP) and osmolality were also determined. The result shows that employment of 10% HES 200/0,5 of 500 ml may lead to COP increase above normal values, which may lead to the development of interstitial hipogidroration. In the case of application 6% HES 200/0,5- 500 ml of plasma COP change doesn't occur. Plasma osmolality remained unchanged in both variants of the infusion.
