In 2015-2018, at All-Russian Research Institute of Rapeseed we conducted a research on the effect of the following systems of soil treatment on the productivity of spring rapeseed: moldboard soil-surface tillage, moldboard soil-surface tillage with deep loosening, minimal tillage and moldboard soil-surface tillage with shallow loosening. We conducted the research in a field experiment on a leached heavy loam chernozem of the forest-steppe of the Central Federal District of Russia in a 4-field crop-rotation: soybean - winter wheat - spring rapeseed - spring barley. The research has shown that the studied variants of the main soil treatment in crop rotation had different effect on the yield structure of spring rapeseed. We observed the highest indicators of rapeseed plants height, of the number of pods, the seed weight per plant and thousand-seed weight in case of using the following systems of the main soil treatment in crop rotation: moldboard soil-surface tillage and moldboard soil-surface tillage with deep loosening...
