Effect of Constitutional Court's of RF decisions for expansion of law enforcement practices in criminal justice sphere

The article discusses the results of practical activity of the Constitutional Court as Constitutional control authority In the sphere of criminal law and criminal procedure law. The author analyzed the rule conditions of certain Court orders and rulings effected for practice of criminal procedure terms by General jurisdiction court and different scientist's opinions are presented. Finally the author makes conclusion about the role of the Constitutional Court on enforcement of law in the criminal law and procedure sphere.
