Article assesses the impact of risk on the outcome of entrepreneurial activity. This aspect is examined through the prism of the concepts of guilt and the risk of civil-relativistic law. The author analyzes the meaning of the term risk in the conventional and the Legal highly-relativistic sense. The influence of risk on the business relationship is revealed through the liability and risk.
