Impact of the sanction policy on the state of the Russian market: production of reagents for pulp bleaching

The study is aimed at studying the sanctions policy in the market of Russian chemical agents for pulp bleaching. The methods are used: statistical analysis, comparative and economic analysis. Statistical data on production volume and average market restrictions of coated offset and office paper producers in Russia and abroad, as well as sodium chlorate exporters in Russia are excluded. Attention is focused on the changes that have taken place, provided for by Western sanctions against the Russian Federation. The study identified solutions to problems in the production of cleaning products, considered alternatives, and identified options for new supplier countries. The main results of the exit from the current crisis situation are summarized.
