The test to study I-Sak1026 protein additive has been conducted in Plemzavod Prigorodny agricultural enterprise, Vologda region. Black-motley breed cows with milk yield above 6000 kg have been used. On the basis of the received data one may point out that the application of the given additive normalizes the basic indicators of the digestive status and raises milk productivity of cows
