The impact of social capital on the professional success of college graduates

The primary aim of this study was to conduct an analysis of the social capital of college students and examine its influence on their professional success in the labor market. The sample comprised full-time students from Rudny Polytechnic College (n = 306). Descriptive statistical methods and factor analysis were employed for the statistical examination of the data. The findings revealed that the students’ level of social capital is relatively low, which adversely affects their professional success. The practical significance of the study lies in the recommendations put forward to enhance the social capital of college students.
