The impact of the modern environmental situation on human health: legal aspects, challenges and solutions

The article is devoted to the study of certain legal aspects related to the peculiarities of the realization of the right to health in conditions of environmental instability. The deterioration of environmental quality and the expansion of the scale of the environmental consequences of man-made accidents lead to loss of public health and a decrease in average life expectancy. Severe ailments are most often provoked by the deterioration of atmospheric air, water, soils, unstable radiation background, emissions from transport and industrial enterprises, production and consumption waste. Anthropogenic environmental pollution has a pronounced impact on the formation of population health. The study argues for the author's position on the right to a healthy environment as the main element of ensuring the right to life. The article talks about the expediency of improving legal regulation in the field of ensuring the right to health in the event of environmental threats and emergencies.
