The article examines the relationship of physical education teachers representations about the priority goals of physical education and implementation of health functions of physical education, analyzed the content of strategy planning of physical education lessons. An attempt to show that the effectiveness of school of physical education is determined by understanding the teacher of physical education complex factors that determine the health of school children and ways of acting on them.
