The Influence of Technocratism on the Formation of the Political Culture of Youth: Neural Networks in Public Life and in the Educational Process

The relevance of the study lies in the analysis of the interaction between neural network technologies and humans, the study of the contradictions that arise in this interaction, and the attempt to predict the socio-humanitarian direction of their interaction. The article examines the problems that arise in the educational process in connection with the active use of neural networks by students. The novelty of the topic lies in the fact that neural networks, as a manifestation of technocratic ideology, are viewed as a global challenge to the education of young people in the context of their political culture. The article presents the history of the emergence of neural networks, their current use in various areas of human life, including education, and the positive and negative aspects of the “neural network-human” interaction. The authors provide a scientific analysis and propose acceptable practices for using neural networks in order to preserve human nature and individuality, as well as to improve education and political culture.
