The influence of the All-Russian physical culture and sports complex "Ready for work and defense" on the development of physical qualities in university students

This article examines the influence of the All-Russian physical culture and sports complex "Ready for work and defense" on the development of physical qualities in university students. A study was conducted during which the positive dynamics of the development of physical qualities was revealed due to the preparation and delivery of "Ready for work and defense" standards. At the end of the study, the method of comparative analysis of the first and second stages was applied, with the help of which a significant dynamics of the results was observed.
