The health of young animals of the breeding stock is of decisive importance for their further use in the process of reproduction. This is due to the use of vitamin preparations that activate the physiological functions of the body. For the study, 3 groups were formed - control and 2 experimental, 3 heads in each 2 monthly larvae. Animals of the experimental groups were given drugs once every 20 days, intramuscularly, the first group - "E-selenium" at a dose of 0.4 ml/head, the second - vitamin "B12" 1 ml/head. The content of sheep is stall-pasture. The duration of the experiment was 60 days. The concentration of hemoglobin in the blood of the studied animals in the first and second experimental groups increased by 11.43 and 14.65 %, respectively, at the end of the experiment. The content of diene conjugates (DC) in the blood plasma on the 60th day of the experiment in the first experimental group decreased by 28.89%, and in the second experimental group by 15.56 % relative to the control. On the 60th day, the level of MDA in the first and second experimental groups decreased by 15.4 and 11.46 %, compared with the control.
