The influence of the educational and pedagogical process on the justification of the minimum age of criminal responsibility

Tthe article reviews a comprehensive analysis of the influence of the educational and pedagogical process on the establishment of the minimum age of criminal responsibility. It is suggested that the basis for the formation of personal qualities that allow a teenager to realize the socially dangerous nature of his behavior and manage it are educational and pedagogical measures of influence in the main institutions of socialization, as well as the idea that a teenager acquires these qualities at certain age limits. The article reveals a definition of age into criminal legal relations and substantiates the position on maintaining the minimum age limits for criminal liability in Russian criminal legislation.
