The impact of well-being programs on staff engagement and motivation

The article examines the concept of well-being, which is gaining popularity among employers. It describes various tools for implementing well-being programs and their impact on employee engagement. Using the example of student interns in a large organization, it is demonstrated how the lack of systematic attention to employee well-being leads to emotional exhaustion, stress, decreased loyalty, and increased turnover. The most in-demand support measures among student interns are identified.
